    Here at Mediaocean, we recognize the need for more women in ad tech and are working each quarter to create exciting opportunities for choice roles.

We’re enormously proud of our recent recognition by InHerSight as one of the 20 best computer software companies to work for as rated by the women who work there. The most important kinds of recognition we can receive are those that come from the candid feedback of our colleagues.

After explaining InHerSight’s mission, our DE&I team encouraged our female staff to speak openly and honestly about their experiences at our company. 

“I appreciate that Mediaocean helps people be their whole and authentic selves,” said a senior employee.
